All Peerless pumps are fully disassembled, cleaned, and inspected (DCI). A complete inspection report, including full dimensional information and digital photographs, is supplied, along with a proposed workscope. Various NDT inspections are included, such as dye penetrant, magnetic particle, PMI (positive metal identification), and ultrasound. Various upgrades may be suggested, including new material specifications and/or coatings, to enhance performance and reliability and to address known or identified Peerless industrial pump issues.
